self-observers,,,then we start to realise ourselves,,,we start to see
our attachments,,,our handicaps,,,our mistakes,,,our heavy parts,,,our
bushes,,,our troubles,,,our interests,,,
we then understand why we behave as we do,,,why we don`t like some
people,,,why we try to show ourselves,,,or why we hold ourselves from
acting....
In short there is to be a kind of click when it has arrives to
stay,,,but PATIENCE and PRACTICE must be the keys...
