Author Individual Email Option

With the uptake in email capacity, I'm interested in having the option
of receiving individual emails, unavailable when I signed up. Can we
change that so each email can be sent individually?

The question you've asked would be appropriate in, for example, a Yahoo!
group, but does not apply to a Usenet newsgroup such as alt.yoga.
Newsgroups are more like bulletin boards: when you subscribe to them,
you're really just instructing your browser to follow them; none of the
messages are addressed to you individually, but rather to the newsgroup
itself. A Usenet newsgroup has no membership list, and therefore no
categories for type of mail reception.

Are you using google groups to access this group?

If you are, it's managed in "manage my subscriptions"
