[everything i writte is my opinion from my limited experience ....]

after 6months of yoga i started 2 do the practice (almost) before
sleep and i liked it.

> body is much more elastic.

mind/soul also! i think that experience in the morning and evening
r totally different so i used 2 say that evening/night yoga is research
1
and morning preparation of yogi 4 day activities...

but

now (after 2.5y) i say that day that started with asanas (after
which 1 feels so hungry B) ) is far! more better then any other

>If you are really inflexibe

that is not the case - on the contrary ...

The artful balance of yoga is in exploring the 8 limbs and how they
interact with each other. Not so much a program of 8 levels, but more
a system of 8 actions in which we direct our awareness.

nice

In the beginning it may be advantageous to practice Pranayama laying
over a pranayama pillow to open the chest (a rolled blanket can do the
same trick). Often when we are beginners and we sit it is difficult to
get the necessary freedom in the spine especially if we are practicing
for 20 minutes or more.

my practice is about 10mins and i feel very confortable (spine streight
and legs on floor - as grounded antenna) in siddhasana

thank u both 4 replyz
