Hi Space Cristal

First of all, let me explain the ashtanga method (which is a variation
of Hatha Yoga with Vinyasa):

1st part: (ascending)SUN SALUTATION
warm yoor body - gives energy and heat

2nd part: (ascending)STANDING POSES
continue to warm the body - preparation to the 3rd part

3rd part: SEATED POSES
is the most important part. The purpose is to unblock your body

4th part: (descending) INVERTED POSES
after you have unblocked your body, you're going to cool down (calm
down), and redirect the energy to your head

5th part: (descending) RELAX
relax or yoga nidra

------------
You can use a plan similar made by yourself, not exactly with the same
poses, just following the phases:
1 - pranayama
2 - warmth - sun salutation
3 - unblock poses (standing or seated)
4 - inverted poses
5 - relax

------------
principles:
1 - use smooth poses or

2 - stronger poses
a) before doing a stronger pose you should prepare them
- with a preparatory pose or
- training it with repeated smooth movement

b) follow by a contrapose (a smooth one)

3 - the most important is your spine. Try to alongate your spine before
any pose. Try always to concentrate your mind in your spine, because
the main goal is always the energy that runs up your spine. Never
strain your spine - let the energy flow.

(in the next post I'll explain you some usefull contraposes and
preparatory poses)
