Seems none of the links you provide are good. Too bad, it sounded
interesting.

The OP probably made a mistake in writing down the URLs. The following
URLs worked for me.
http://pi.org.au/meditation/024-Yama&Niyama.pdf
http://pi.org.au/meditation/024-Yama&Niyama(handout-colour).pdf
http://pi.org.au/meditation/024-Yama&Niyama%20(compressed).pdf
I found them at the level immediately above in the file structure:
http://pi.org.au/meditation/
It seems to be a slide show presentation from some kind of lecture. It
was a good reminder about Yama and Niyama, with beautiful pictures, but
I'm not sure I'd understand it all by this presentation only without
previous knowledge of these things. It was a very condensed
presentation, and I suppose one would be better off having the lecturer
at hand to put meat on the bones. Still, it was well done, and it can't
hurt to read it.

P. S. I noticed that the post I'm replying to is very old, but now that
I've gone to some trouble writing this answer, I won't just drop it in
the waste basket. :-)
As above

| 700E,
Thanks for taking the time and reposting the links. I'm glad you did.
I agree the presentation was a good (if not a bit long and awkwardly
orgranized) treatment of the subject. I especially liked the quotes of
Anandamurti.
Thanks again,
Jared
