I am going on a Firewalk in a couple of weeks. Apparently there's about 2-3
hours of chanting and meditation before we do the walk!!

The only chanting I have done before is in the Shed at Chelsea so I am a tad
apprehensive.

Anyone been on one of these before? Any thoughts? Will any virgins be
sacrificed? ;o)
