What kind of yoga do you practice? What asanas do you do most when
practicing at home? Maybe you're doing them wrong somehow? Ask your yoga
teacher, that's what he/she is for.

If the tingling sensation is not painful it can be two things. Either
circulation or lack of circulation.

If it is lack of circulation it may be because of a pinched nerve near
your spine/shoulderblade. Have your teacher check your alignment and
make sure you are not rolling the shoulders forward or straining the
neck. The shoulderblades should be pinned together in all asanas, the
shoulder rolling backward leaving lots of room in the neck. You should
feel this freedom even when the arms are extended overhead.

If the sensation is circulation its a good thing. It means you are
bringing fluids into an area that was not getting fluid. The sensation
of circulation can be tingling or heat.
