Hi,
When I do the plow position and neck stand I get a partial air blockage
much like a 'snoring' blockage that some people can get from sleeping
on their back. Is there a way to reduce this?

thx,

MB

Fold a blanket or two and put it under your shoulders. Your neck
should feel free and be clear of the blankets. If your hips are not
flexible enough there is a good chance you are putting too much stress
on your lower lumbar as well as the neck. I use a Halasana bench as
well as the blankets to get the proper alignment in the pose. It is
also possible to use a chair and have your toes rest on a chair rather
than the floor.

There is a halasana bench here to look at:

I

built one myself for a fraction of what they cost built.
