In a civilised society Martin their would be no reason for parents to
have to guard their children every moment...Adults should not be
targeting children... But they do and we have to live with that fact,
expecting parents to be with their kids twenty four hours a day, and to
know on sight which people are a danger to those kids is unrealistic in
the extreme.
