No, off target. Not off topic.

HB, read up. Do make an attempt to try to understand what other people
are saying precisely. Your response is full of inaccuracies. No-one is
saying
you are wrong. What you have been muddling through about is embarassingly
elementary, and it is not answering the OP's question. If you can't follow
the logic, you don't have to respond.

It is always wise to be less of an argument seeking, self-opinionated
ignoramus.
