He got way too much of the subject. You are better of with philosophy.
Dharma simply means the moral laws that direct us, moral feelings and ideas,
thoughts coming out of them. Those laws are in-built into our soul, genes or
brain perhaps, somewhere for sure, and they are not a matter of opinion
(mind). Those same laws direct both humans and animals, no difference as
humans are animals and animals are humans, humans just having a bit higher
IQ, not higher bases of dharma as in-built.
