I know, that's quite a few topics I have mentioned in my header.

What I would like to know, and any advice or suggestion is welcome,
is some effective yoga meditation excercises/techniques for
releasing anger, karma cleansing, opening the heart and
finally surrendering to Lord.

I realize that these cannot be done with one simple excercise
and that it takes time to advance on the spiritual path back
to Lord.

I have been meditating for a few weeks now, but discovered
that there is much anger and frustration coming to the surface
now that must be dealt with and transformed.

What are experiences with afore mentioned topics and
how have you dealt with these through meditation.

TIA

Anger comes from fear, and fear comes from attachment.
Thus fear is usually the fear of loss - physical, emotional, mental,
or spiritual loss.
Let us say person 'A' has control over a condition or a object 'X', to
which i am attached. This causes me to have anger towards A, due to
my fear of losing X. The best way i find to deal with this is to let
go of both A and X. Leave them alone and learn to live without them.

Meditation alone does not solve real world problems. One has to make
practical changes in one's life so that the offending circumstances do
not re-occur. (nobody said it was going to be easy).
