I read what you posted. I'm simply pointing out that what you posted
is completely wrong. Yeast and plants are not sources of vitamin B12.
However, if it makes you happy to believe that they are, I wont be the
one to ruin your faith. By all means, do not let facts get in the way
of your cherished beliefs.
