You are wrong. There are plant sources for Omega 3 and 6 EFAs and B-12.
Those are the only things that are commonly missing from an ignorant vegan's
diet. As I said, I've been vegan for over 2 years, and I'm in perfect
health. BTW, most meat eaters don't get enough EFAs in their diet anyway.
Meat, dairy and fried foods (which I haven't eaten in over 2 years either)
are highest in the worst fats and contain virtually zero good fats. I'd like
to see one medical source supporting your claim that the horrific fats in
animals must be consumed "in order to exist healthfully"
