The most I have ever weighed was 193 pounds. I was 145 when I started
lifting weights in June 1997 at 30 years old. It took me 3 months of 6000+
calories a day to get to 185. After being stuck at 185 for 2 months I took 3
steroid shots to break the plateau. After I hit 193 I got down to 165 in 6
weeks using a variant of a ketogenic diet. I have a fast metabolism and have
to eat *a lot* to gain weight. I am now back to 145.
