I sould like to practise yoga, but I dont know which school to choose? I was
thinking about hatha. . .

Sometimes you can find some of Richard Hittleman's old paperbacks in used
bookstores, they are the best value, as he gets to the point and is very direct
and specific. I have seen recently-published large-format, expensive books that
don't even include the sun excersizes, which I consider to be a unpardonable sin
of omission.

Do you have experience with this group? They seem like a good crew,
the fact they don't charge to teach meditation is a clue.

Yes I do in fact. They are very sincere and genuine in what they teach and
everything is free.
However there is a collection box like a church (in the corner) into which
you can donate but
it is seldom spoke about.
