Author How much IOP due to corneal edema vs. aqueous?

If there are symptoms of corneal edema (such as poor vision in one eye on
awakening), I wonder how much of the total IOP in that eye (higher than the
other eye) is due to swelling of the cornea and how much is due to the baseline
pressure of the aqueous fluid. I suppose taking a reading late in the day might
correct for some of the awakening edema, but surely some edema would remain in
the cornea. Finally, how might corneal edema be addressed?

Tnx
