OT Venous Blebs preliminary colonoscopy findings

Can anyone explain the significance of "Venous BLEBS" found during a
colonoscopy (preliminary report)?
I would like to have a little background when I talk to the GI doc in
3 weeks for official result visit. (VA Outpatient).
