Radiology - DICOM conversion in SPM5

Hi. I was wondering if any one has faced the same problem using DICOm
Import option in SPM5 and getting the converted images in Neurologial
Coordinates instead of Radiologial Coordinates. I was trying to change
the default Flip value to 0 (earlier it was 1) but still getting the
converted images in Neurologial Coordinates.

Has any one some idea of how to get those converted images in
Radiologial Coordinates?
