information technology, connectivity, healthcare business consulting and
clinical applications who is known for its pioneering excellence to find
Radiology Information Systems gurus! Do you bring dedication, creativity,
team spirit and efficiency to your career? This company is currently in need
of RIS Project Consultants, RIS Solutions Integrators, RIS Systems
Integrators and RIS Technical Consultants! You can be located anywhere near
a major airport as these positions require extensive travel.



RIS Project Consultant - the selected candidate will be responsible for
ensuring the successful post-sale implementation and customer acceptance of
Radiology Information Systems for both Hospitals and Imaging Centers as part
of an enterprise solution. Candidate will provide project management
services towards that end, often acting as a pre-sale advisor/consultant to
local company sales organization, the RIS marketing team, and the
Integration Services function. Plans, manages, and coordinates the delivery
and customer acceptance of complex RIS solutions at customer sites. Manages
multiple projects simultaneously and may be required to travel throughout
North America. Reviews all systems configuration and customer-related
documentation to assure Program Management acceptance criteria are met.



REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS degree

3+ years of clinical experience as an RT or Radiology administrator or
previous experience implementing RIS solutions

5+ years of project management experience in hospital and/or imaging center
environments, delivering complex technology projects

Strong working knowledge of IT

Need to understand Radiology department workflow

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Proven presentation preparation and delivery skills as presented to a
diverse audience ranging from C-level to RT

Strong VISIO, MS Project, and MS Office skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Skilled at setting and managing customer expectations

Intimate understanding of contract process

Ability to analyze situations, provide decisive recommendations, and
facilitate implementation across organizational lines

Strong influencing and negotiating skills

Excellent organization skills



RIS Solutions Integrator - the selected candidate will be responsible for
ensuring the successful post-sale implementation and customer training of
Radiology Information Systems for both Hospitals and Imaging Centers as part
of an enterprise solution. May act as a pre-sale advisor/consultant to
local company sales organization, the RIS marketing team, and the
Integration Services function regarding features and functionality of the
RIS solution. Candidate will define enterprise workflow and business
analysis and process re-engineering based on specified customer defined
goals. Candidate will provide context based user training based on defined
workflow and functionality of the system. Candidate will document
customized software and workflow procedures for customer. Candidate will
provide technical phone support for application questions to customers.
Candidate will work multiple projects simultaneously and may be required to
travel throughout North America.

BA/BS degree

Understanding of Radiology department (and/or imaging center) workflow
including imaging center business and billing needs

RIS Systems Integrator -Define requirements, integrate and train end users
in clinical functionality of the Radiology Information Systems for both
Hospitals and Imaging Centers as part of an enterprise solution. Provide
Clinical/Functional design consultation within a site. Work with customers
to achieve automation of care processes and information throughput.
Identify and implement connectivity requirements to support RIS integration.
Provide definition, format and design of clinical content for RIS across all
care processes including ordering, billing, and departmental reporting.
Installs and configures all inbound and outbound interfaces, integrating the
RIS system with all other hospital systems. The focus here is on
integrating the systems according to the application workflow needs, via the
HL7 interfaces.



REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS degree

5+ years of previous experience implementing RIS solutions OR clinical
experience as an RT or Radiology administrator

Need to understand Radiology department workflow

Familiarity with CPT coding and modifiers

Scheduling experience with imaging equipment

Experience managing exam exceptions

Extensive HL7 knowledge and interface experience

DICOM

IHE

RIS report generation and transcription process

Departmental reporting

Relational databases and machine logic

Proficient with VB scripting

XML, XSL and related connectivity tools (inbound report formats)

Strong training ability across many hospital disciplines

Proven process design and documentation skills (scripts and interface
parameters)

VISIO

Excellent communication

RIS Technical Consultant - responsible for detailed technical implementation
of Radiology Information Systems (RIS) software at customer sites. This
includes insuring installation of hardware by customer is correct as defined
by requirements. Works with customer to plan and implement roll out of
client-side software at end-user locations, including building transform
files and batch files. Installs Output Management System (OMS) and works to
integrate that software with the fax server, email system, and/or printers.
Builds report templates as needed for transcription. Builds Q&A's and
labels as defined by customer. Works with field service to integrate
patient viewer on workstations. Configures databases and corresponding
backups. May aid the site in data redundancy with Oracle. Troubleshoots
any issues that arise with Citrix, Oracle, or the RIS software. Installs
Centura and assists with report building. Works with customer and
Professional Services migration team as needed to facilitate data
conversion/migration.



REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS degree

5+ years of experience implementing RIS and/or complex IT solutions

Need to understand Radiology department workflow

Excellent knowledge of Oracle (DBA level vs. programmer)

XML, XSL and related connectivity tools (inbound report formats)

Must understand Installshield

Strong understanding of networking

Basic understanding of Citrix

Thorough knowledge of MS Excel & VISIO

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft's Operating Systems

Ability to assist customer in various upgrade procedures (.bat files to
distribute new groups, etc.)

Extensive HL7 knowledge and interface experience
