Author Development Costs for Imaging Agents

I would be so grateful if someone could help me out here. I'm looking
for development costs for imaging agents (it can be a general figure
or one related to a specific agent). If anyone has any idea of an
answer to this, I'd be really, really grateful.

If not, does anyone have an indication of the time the development
process of an imaging agent takes?
