| Whenever I go back to campus, many classmates are expressing
difficulties with their tech in clinical. I am not all happy with my
tech's evaluation and comments either, but what can I do? I just bite
my lips and say "Yes, ma'am / sir" and keep going.
Many students agree with that "Techs don't want to teach!", and "Techs
just want to do their job!" or maybe "Techs want to see the students to
fail"?
Some techs leave me totally alone while taking radiographs. When my
images don't come out right, she or he gives me a solution to correct it
by myself. That is a lot of hands-on and very helpful. On the other
hand, some techs are ... I can't tell if they are helping or interfering
my work. They seem to dislike everything I do. If I move the bucky
first, they don't like it. If I move the tube first, they don't like
it. I bet they are doing the same things that their techs had done to
them. I really hate their guts and love to give them a BE exam.
