Call for Short Articles
-----------------------
The Encyclopedia of Informatics in Healthcare & Biomedicine will
provide a compendium of terms, definitions and explanations of
concepts, processes and acronyms. Additionally, this volume will
feature short articles(2,000-2,500 words) authored by leading
experts offering an in-depth description of key terms and concepts
related to different areas, issues and trends in information science
and technologies in hospitals and other organizations worldwide.

The Encyclopedia of Informatics in Healthcare & Biomedicine is an
excellent source of comprehensive knowledge and literature on the
topic of Health and Biomedical Informatics.

Individuals interested in submitting short articles on suggested
topics or other related topics in their area of interest should
submit an e-mail listing 2-3 selected topics and the short article
(2,000-2,500 words) by February 28, 2005. We strongly encourage
other topics that have not been listed in our suggested list,
particularly if the topic is related to the research area in
which you have expertise. Upon acceptance of your proposal,
you will have two months to prepare the final version of your
article (2,000-2,500 words) and 7-10 related terms and their
appropriate definitions.

For the title of the paper you can use Times New Roman Fonts (16pt)
