I have read of a Dr Aaron Filler in LA who seems to utilize a number
of distinctive radiographic methodologies in the diagnosis and
treatment of severe neurogenic pain, including an enhanced MRI he
calls neurography that is designed to much more effectively indicate
the locus of nerve irritation/inflammation, particularly in sciatica /
back pain. Is anyone by any chance familiar with his work? There was
a lot of publicity in 1997 when the methodology was apparently started
but there doesn't seem to have been much written since. Thanks so
much for any info.
