whereas with the cutting of TURP the surgeon is working in a bloody field
with poor visibility hence the greater damage to surrounding muscle/tissues
and greater propensity for retro to be permanant
This is especially relevant with Middle Lobe enlargement where PVP scores
way higher in positive end results being normal
I would not hesitate to recomend PVP over and above TURP any day
Did not take one single painkiller afterwards either
