| Inquiry from a grizzled veteran. I have been treated for PCa with
interstitial seeds and EBRT (2001), experienced PVP (3/2003); gone
through TUR to remove scar tissue resulting from radiation and PVP
(3/2004) and have just had Foley inserted because scar tissue from
radiation, PVP and TUR has resulted in total blockage.
Obviously the remaining options are few. Has anyone had experience
with stents; particularly if preceded by radiation therapy?
Thoughts on dilation?
