Gentlemen:

Had a PVP last March. Several years prior to that I had had a TUNA. I
can pee a whole lot better with the pvp so I'm glad that I had it.
Still can't sleep the entire night through, however. Still having
trouble sleeping period. What has helped me the most is tylonel pm.
However, that isn't suggested for people that have or have had
prostate problems. Because of my pvp....I am now able to use it but I
still have to get up to pee several times. I have also tried 5htp
with poor results.

Wonder if any of you have any suggestions as to what I could do to get
an unassisted night's sleep. I know this is part of the aging process
(I'm 67) but still.

Thanks men

I use Coffea cruda a homeopathic sometimes...
there is a vitamin melatonin-my wife takes.

How many times do you need to get up? Perhaps your expectations are
unrealistic? Since my PVP I usually only have to get up once or twice and
that is a pleasure compared to pre-PVP. I can limit getting up to once if I
don't take any liquids after dinner. Jim W.

I have found ambien works very well. I use it sparingly (maybe half a pill--
maybe twice a week) to avoid addiction.
