Insulin and Its Metabolic Effects(part 1-4)
"Glycation ..

...Glycation damages the protein to the extent that white blood cells
will come around and gobble it up and get rid of it, so then you have
to produce more, putting more of a strain on your ability to repair and

maintain your body.

It sets up an inflammatory reaction. You eat a diet that promotes
elevated glucose, and you produce increased glycated proteins and
A.G.E.s, you are increasing your rate of inflammation of any kind. You
get down to the roots, including arthritis and headaches.

When you start putting people on a diet to remedy all of this, patients

who used to have horrible headaches or shoulder pains don't have them
anymore.

Glycated proteins make a person very pro-inflammatory, so we age and,
at least partially, accumulate damage by oxidation. One of the most
important types of tissues that oxygenate is the fatty component, the
lipid, especially the poly-unsaturated fatty acids, and they turn
rancid and glycate.

The above article indicates many interesting points about INSULIN. One
such effect is quoted above, but others are also interesting.

Can you check up and tell accordingly?

Best wishes.

Mercola is an extremely unreliable source for anything. He takes
simple facts from medical books, then starts to interpret them. Sometimes
his interpretations are strange and not supported by the medical profession.
He sells very, very expensive "Natural Health" products.

Glycation is a real effect. Actually, it is one of the three reasons why
all human beings must die sooner or later. We have metabolisms which
must use glucose but glucose reacts with proteins so that sooner or later
our major organs become dysfunctional, leading to death. If you want to
live longer, keep your blood sugar down.

Thanks. But whether Glycation can cause inflammatoy responses as
indicated in above article? What are other two reasons by which all
human beings must die sooner or later?

Four cross-postings to irrelevant groups snipped.

Kumar: You are the one I have to consider killfiling for continual
cross-posting with a known troll and megalomaniac, also known as Chung
(now on his third e-mail address in the last two weeks to avoid kill
filters). You are one of the few fools who still reply to him.

And I still have no idea why you keep asking these off the wall,
speculative questions that have no realistic relevance to diabetes? Do
you just roam through medical journals, and like Ironjustice Tom, just
look for anything that mentions the word insulin? What was that previous
series of posts you made trying to tie kidney disease and insulin about
anyways? It made no logical sense at all.

Sorry, you felt and taken alik it. I go on posting and asking till any
aspect is clear to me. It don't looks to me that all aspects as
indicated in books & other referances are absolutely clear so don't
satisfy to m unless I am abosolutely, scientificaly and logically clear
to same. Although we have to get the best treatment with least
adversities & negligences. For that I feel I should be well
informed--so I do all such discussions. I don't feel I am wrong still
if you feel, I can't comment but just to say sorry. Moreover, I didn't
find Dr Chung as you are telling...so continuing. But anyone can be
wrong in his thinking/understandings...I shall prefer to continue and
watch.
