The typical or classic french diet includes the best quality foods (ie.
the freshest and best grown) available. Bought daily and prepared right
away. Jam packed with tons of animal fats including lard, tallow, duxk
fat, chicken fat, real full-fat creams, milk and butter. And the
classic french diet does not include massive amounts of high fructrose
corn syrup, overly processed RTE cereals, margarine and hydrogenated
vegetable oils.
And they are not all "physically active", or not any more so than any
other group like americans or italians or greeks etc.
The "butter is evil" concept is pure BS.
