Author Question about blood test results

I recently purchased a book that is titled, "A Layman's guide to
understanding blood testing".

If a person has these readings that are outside the normal range--what
does it mean or does it indicate any diseases?

MCH 32.7 High
eosinophil 7 high
Also--what is the reference range (aka expected range) of
URINE POTASSIUM
