Do a water fast for two days... thats actually easier than
having too little food. Then do 16 oz of raw fresh made
vegitable/ green leaf juice. on day one after the water
fast...then fast for a week on 32 oz of raw vegitable juice./
day... get a book on raw juicing... for green leafies you need
one rated for that (champion works well).

Be sure to have some raw garlic and ginger root in the
juice..and some danylions if you can find them. Wheat grass
juice is great too but dont mix it, that takes a special
juicer... some juice bars do wheat grass. a few do leafy
greens.

Dont force any of this...if it hurts worse for long back off
or quit. but the oposite should be the case. After the juice
fast add *vegitable derived enzymes to your daily pills.. at
night before going to bed is a good time for VEGITABLE
enzymes..but fatal for animal part derived enzymes that are
much more potent..take those with food... back off fast as
your digestion improves.

If the pain worsens talk to your doctor.
