I am new to this message board and I am hoping someone can help.

My symptoms started right after 4th of July. I went to the Dr. with
complaints that my left arm was numb. They dismissed me because of my
age (31). The following day I ended up in the Er thinking I was having
a heart attack. The did an EKG (which was out of whack because of my
white coat syndrom) The did a complete CBC with cardiac enzyme and a
chest X-ray. Everything came back normal and they sent me home calling
it chest wall syndrome.

I followed the hospital up with a visit to my Dr. He also conducted a
CBC, EKQ and ordered a echocardiagram. Everything came out fine even
tested my thyroid.

A few days later I started having that burning feeling under my ribs.
I also had neck and shoulder pains. I went back to my Dr and he
perscribed Zantac and took yet more blood to test for H pylorie
-negative. Also did an abdominal and renal ultrasound.

In the meantime I went to my gyno and he discovered I had in infection
but my pap results were fine. I began taking the medicine and for a
good 3-4 days I felt great.

I had another attack this past weekend. Has anyone experienced
problems like this? I am tired of feeling pain/ I find myself having
sinus problems I believe from the acid reflux and anxiety because I
generraly just don't feel well.

What did the doctor say was the cause? How does Zantac relate to the cause?

He said that it was probably acid reflux and that zantac would treat it.
