Our BMS 1s have been (eventually) banded 5 or 6 depending on how much
experience they have, backdated to March 2006
Our BMS 2s have been banded 7 backdated to Janurary 2006
Our BMS 3s (or so I hear) have been banded 8a backdated to 12 April 2006

However as "part of the deal" we're being actively encouraged (forced) into
a CPP scheme that caps on call earnings and increases the working day.
And we've lost two members of staff too :o(

At least the banding seem correct, but why not backdated to October 2004?
Do you mean that the lab has longer working hours or individuals?
37.5 hrs (after the protection ends)is the most you are contracted for per
week.
You should post your questions to Dave Houliston’s group

Tried that - he replied with a link to
http://www.amicus-mchs.co.uk/docsdbase/docsdbase.html and said that was all
he had.
