Can some one tell me what the med tech wage is in California? I think ,
Hawaii pays too little for med techs.

I am also interested in other States

Thanks

Whatever they, I assume they are better than Pa.'s. I think there was a
list on the Web at one time. Simple wage comparisons can be deceptive if
not compared to the cost of living in a particular area. E.g., the wages
appear significantly higher in some hospitals in the area outside D.C., but
compare the price an apartment or house there to one to one Pa..

Wages in California vary by location. San Diego for instance has always
been significantly lower than L.A. and it doesn't have anything to do with
cost of living. California currently pays one of the higher wages in the
US.
For CLS's I would guess that there would be a significantly wide range in
salary based on experience, need and duties. I would not be surprised if
there was a wage range of $20 to $40 an hour.

Now you are in Hawaii, I imagine the cost of living is high, but you get the
"you get to live and work in a wonderful place" tax.
