What stain do you prefer for differentials?

Wright stain?
Wright/Giemsa stain?

I prefer wright/giemsa stain, myself. the lab I work at uses wright stain
with the solution I/II.

In Cincinnati, we had an interesting stain... it had methanol then stain
with methanol and then stain with phosphate buffer and then DH2O. What kind
is this?
