| I am looking for information regarding laboratory personnel staffing,
staffing matrix. . Specifically, at what volume level do you flex your
staff? What is the minumum staff that you must always have on hand for each
shift? I have MLT, MT, and Phlebotomists. We ae a 24/7 full service
laboratory with a burn unit, CICU, ER and a level II trauma center. We are
the major helathcare provider in our area. Thanks for any input.
