I know what you mean. I have medical problems which keep me from doing
walking exercises, bicycles and most anything good for keeping my bones
strong. My doctors agree that the only exercise I can safely do is
swimming. I don't know if it is as helpful as the others but it's
better than nothing. Maybe swimming would be an answer to your
problems. Why don't you find out from your doctor if it is safe for you
to do? You certainly don't want to add more damage to your body trying
to protect your bones.
