I suggest like to do to everyone, get and read the Bone Density Diet
by George Kessler. Than you'll be well informed.

You need to see an endocrinologist. Then they will help decide on a
options. I believe guidelines for fortero are -4.5

First thing, eliminate soda from your diet, it has phosphoric acid which
leaches calcium from your bones. Look for natural sources of calcium,
like collard greens.

Usually the first drug of choice is Fosamax. I made great improvements
under it.

It is controllable and you're lucky they caught it so early. You may not
seem lucky but you can recover from what you have. Broken spines and
hips later in life are much more serious.

Consider yourself lucky.
