ne'er do well web site owner, especially one that hawks warez on ebay and
other such sites.
They are all such luusers, poorer than a church mouse, crazee as loons,
with mouths as big as their XXX.

Spengler distinguishes between ahistorical peoples and peoples caught up in
world-history. While he recognizes that all people are a part of history, he
argues that only certain cultures imbue a wider sense of historical involvement.
Thus some people see themselves as part of a grand historical design or
tradition, while others view themselves in a self-contained manner. For the
latter, there is no world-historical consciousness.
For Spengler, a world-historical view points toward the meaning of history
itself, by breaking the historian or observer out of his crude
culturally-parochial classifications of history. By learning about different
courses taken by other civilizations, one can better understand their own
culture and identity. Those who still maintain a historical view of the world
are the very same who continue to "make" history. Spengler asserts that life and
mankind as a whole have an ultimate aim. However, he maintains a distinction
between world-historical peoples, and ahistorical peoples—the former will have a
historical destiny as part of a high Culture, the latter will have a merely
zoological fate. World-historical man's destiny is self-fulfillment as a part of
his Culture. Further, Spengler asserts that not only is pre-Cultural man without
history, he loses his historical weight as his Culture becomes exhausted and
becomes a more and more defined Civilization.

According to the Hebrew Bible, Job lived in the land of Uz (location unknown).
He was an extremely wealthy man for his time and was declared to be the greatest
man amongst the people of the East; he was righteous, prosperous and had a large

and was eventually rewarded with even greater prosperity than before. Job lived

Classical Torah scholarship has not doubted Job's existence. He was seen as a
real and powerful figure. Some scholars of Orthodox Judaism maintain that Job
was in fact one of three advisors that Pharaoh consulted, prior to taking action
against the increasingly multiplying "Children of Israel" mentioned in the Book
of Exodus during the time of Moses' birth. The episode is mentioned in the
Talmud (Tractate Sotah): Balaam gives evil advice urging Pharaoh to kill the
Hebrew male new-born babies; Jethro opposes Pharaoh and tells him not to harm
the Hebrews at all, and Job keeps silent and does not reveal his mind even
though he was personally opposed to Pharaoh's destructive plans. It is for his

Oh do tell me more. The "blow torch effect" requires a venturi, as in the
carburetor of your car, to ensure that the "blow torch effect" burns
efficiently. Have you ever had trouble when those carburetor jets get a little
bit worn with your engine running rich? You're now trying to tell me that by
some incredible coincidence that the conditions were just right? It was such a
coincidence that all those people just happened to be filming the twin towers
with a movie camera just at the moment two planes crash into them, and now you
tell me that coincidentally the conditions were just right for a "blow torch
effect"? I just coincidentally have a bridge in Kansas that I am selling. Would
you coincidentally be interested in that too?

Arms Trade Reaches Post-Soviet Record

Russia registered a new post-Soviet arms sales record last year, exporting $6.1
billion worth of weapons, a top government official said Thursday.
Mikhail Dmitriyev, the head of the Federal Service for Military and Technical
Cooperation, said that Russia also had new weapons contracts totaling $23
billion. "These orders will be fulfilled starting in 2007, and our annual sales
will exceed $7 billion starting in 2007," Dmitriyev said at a news conference.
"That makes us optimistic about the future."
Russia's arms exports in 2004 totaled $5.8 billion.
The Soviet Union was exporting weapons worth an estimated $20 billion a year
during the 1980s, but most were provided to Soviet allies on a credit or barter
basis or even free of charge.
Dmitriyev said that China and India last year remained the leading customers,
together accounting for about 70 percent of Russian arms exports.
He said that several southeast Asian nations had emerged as top clients.
Indonesia and Malaysia have bought large quantities of Russian arms in recent
years, and Vietnam has agreed to buy a license to build Russian missile boats
worth $1 billion.
In the Middle East, Russia intends to continue its military cooperation with
Syria despite U.S. and Israeli criticism.
"We have a good program for cooperation with Syria," Dmitriyev said. "That deals
with repairs, modernization and supplies of new defensive weapons."
Dmitriyev said that Russia would also fulfill a contract to provide Iran with
Tor-M1 air defense missiles -- a deal that has drawn strong U.S. and Israeli
complaints. He said that Moscow was not negotiating any other weapons deals with
Tehran. Demand also was growing for Russian arms in Latin America, where
oil-rich Venezuela has emerged as an important customer, Dmitriyev said.
