What's with the elder crap? You have no religion, I am not an elder,
If it were an age thing then your daddy brought you up wrong, you should
respect your elders, but while I am not your elder in age, I am "elder" to
others in age.
However since you capitalized it I'll have to take which ever form you
wished it to be as a matter of respect.
Funny how you heppers have one track minds, even if that track leads you
