Not sure, never heard about any lawsuits.
But there must have been some or they settled out of Court and
therefore no Court Record.
There was no follow up each time this hit the News either.
But it was also like 5 years between the 2 Reports.

TV Station's here that ran it were:
WLNE TV 6, WJAR TV 10, and WPRI TV 12.
TV 12 owns the Newspaper The Providance Journal.
It's web site is projo.com I think.

Not real good at using Google and I miss my other search engines.
Have a program that uses like 25 different ones I really liked but
more into tracing Email, Web Sites etc...
