Because he's polite?

Sorry, but the fact that a doc thanked you for the info does not make it
factual. It very well may be, but I still think it smells a bit like an
urban myth in the making. At this point, no one knows, except the person who
transplanted the "cancerous bones" if in fact (and this is a BIG if) it
happened at all.
