If the doctor yelled, maybe he needs some work on his bedside manner. I suggest
you send him to S.P.P where *We* can advise him.

The doctor should refer you to a *liver specialist* of some kind, but this
requires that you talk to the doctor and not be yelling at each other.

If you *only* have fibrosis, hell we've all got fibrosis; it's when you've got
*cyrhosis* that you need a transplant.

Of course you could rush off to a.s.h-c and get treated by Thomas in his
*pretty red shirt* or Hammy with her *wonderful bedside manner* but sooner or
later you had better go back and have a conversation with the doctor instead of
a yelling session.
