Author elevated Bilirubin on TX most other levels pretty good

I've some questions about some recent BW results (Bilirubin)
since they are more medical than support this is probably a better
place to post this? Any options/opinions are appreciated.

I just completed my 4th shot Friday (Hepc 1a)
I've been journaling my bloodwork and just received blood work from
week 2 ( total med will be 48 weeks Pegesys & Copegus).

And while I still feel pretty good emotionally and physically almost
no sides (only mild daily fever easily killed with Tylenol)

My Bilirubin jumped up significantly after shot 2 from 0.8 to 2.1!
(no noticeable Jaundice or rash yet??) Anyone have any experiences
with Bilirubin jumps? my L Biopsy was a very good 2 out of 22

Most all my other counts have shown some minor changes
but other than Platelets which have gone down to 103 (seems to be
standard for Riba TX) and mildly elevated AST 47 and ALT 60, all my
other levels and blood counts, (while dropping) are still within
"normal" ranges

My RNP while evaluating the results did not mention anything to be
alarmed about and just prescribed to continue TX and get new Blood
work in week 4 (next week)
I had not seen the actual results or recorded them in my journal yet.

I did tell him that I have a history of Gout and high Uric Acid
and noticed the Uric acid wasn't being tested (I have some Kidney
irritation due to a small 4nmm stone)

He said Uric Acid testing depends on who does the lab work (LabCorp
doesn't include it as a default in CBC or CMP) so he added it to my
future blood work test requests

One other test I noticed is no longer being included is GGT
This one I was very high 135, back in August but no further tests
have been done since then. Anyone know is GGT is an important
test? and what it might be indicative of? my Alkaline Phosphatase
Serum is still ok at 95, I understand they are/can be related? )

Someone else said that GGT is the most sensitive liver enzyme and is
usually the most often elevated and consequentially doesn't,provide
much specific information (And so I should almost ignore it?)

Appreciate your thoughts
Thanks
