Everything should be OK then, but what if Lorretta was to hide in the
swamp, then suddenly leap out, rip off your arm and pull out your eye?

It would most likely mean the end of the world. I would hope that
Loretta has enough common sense to not do such a thing. The 'doomsday
device' is meant to serve as a deterrent and I fully plan to use it if
such a thing was to occur. You should be appealing to Loretta's good
judgement if you value your life. As for me, I'm prepared to die.
