Yeah, if you want to get into the right state of mind for the trip you

I've taken loads of stuff since (though not LSA stuff), and tend to
take some anti-nausea medication before almost everything just in case
- perhaps one day I'll try LSA again and take some qwells first.....
you'd certainly be advised to have somethign like that on hand.
