Buy a book on psilocybin mushrooms (or perhaps you can download it on
p2p).
I have the book "PSILOCYBIN MUSHROOMS of the WORLD" by PAUL STAMETS and
I can highly recommend it.
I've personally picked liberty caps in the Netherlands on many
occasions and I reckon they grow in the UK as well. Here are the pages
in the book mentioned above concerning liberty caps:

I think you can find more pictures from liberty caps on www.erowid.org
and
at amazon.com you can view the table of contents of the book mentioned
above:

| you can grow them pretty easily too. just be prepared to put some time
into it and don't take shortcuts. instructions are availible over the
net. and spores are leagle because they don't have any psilocybin in
them. they also have easy grow kits. be careful if you pick them from
the wild.
