Hello Everybody

I would like to take this opportunity to announce that after a 9 month
involuntary hiatus, Doc Kunda's Eclectic Emporium is back with a greater
selection and lower prices than ever.

Last October our PayPal account was initially terminated for selling
pipes illegally against some DEA guidelines. Two weeks after this
initial notice was sent I received a second notice rescinding the
previous decision, as it was in error. This notice also informed me
that my account was being un-terminated or turned back on. At the same
time though, they temporarily suspended the account because I was
selling an herb or herbs that were prohibited because of some obscure
FDA alert that they would not be specific about. This action kept all
PayPal funds frozen.

The Eclectic Emporium was effectively but only temporarily closed.
After pulling all products for sale in the Web Site, after many
emails, and after 8 months of wrangling with PayPal, they finally turned
my account back on just recently. Yet still they never made clear what
herb I was selling that so offended the PayPal "powers that be." Last
month I finally found the obscure FDA alert that they had been referring
to. It was in reference to wormwood. All of that trouble with my
livelihood disrupted for over half a year over an herb used for many
centuries and selling today for less than $5.00 an ounce.

I am no longer selling wormwood on the Web or through PayPal!

I have now restored the Eclectic Emporium to its former
mediocrity and more. The jewelry section has been expanded to include
hand crafted and hand wrapped natural stone crystal and mineral
necklaces and more. I personally made many of these works of natural
wearable art. The herbs prices are lower than ever and there are some
new additions to the line up as well. Some prices have been slashed
substantially as I have found a new supplier for some products.

Also check out the books section to find an Internet Entheogenic
Literary Exclusive here at the Eclectic Emporium regarding the newly
published book by Entheobotanical Researcher and Author Donald Teeter
-Amanita Muscaria, "Herb of Immortality."- This revealing work/research
is only available online in our Eclectic Emporium and nowhere else.

I invite you to support our growing business as it is merely a vehicle
for our educational mission.

Sincerely Vince
aka Doc Kunda

wormwood is a joke. It is a known ingredient in an alcaholic drink
called Absinthe.

Absinthe was a popular drink among artists and writers in the
1800s....and was banned due to its use of wormwood. However...the
dangers described are the same exact effects as alcahol
poisoning.....since absinthe is traditionally 140 proof.....I suspect
the danger is the alcahol itself.

Ive made several recipes of absinthe. The best of it tastes like popping
cogentin without water. I suppose you can score a buzz...if you can
handle the taste
