I use it normally not just ocassionally. Havent noticed any problems,
only benefits - nowdays even if I don't take my melatonin I still fall
easy to sleep at evenings... That's very different from other sleeping
aids that tend to make it more difficult to get sleep without the
medicine if you have used to taking it.
Haven't heard of any problems associated to regular use of melatonin
at normal doses (0.25-3mg).
