Chuck, maybe it's cause they and folks like them 'haven't' missed the
point and are quietly addressing city, county and state entities that
have prohibitive laws that could come back and bite 'em in the XXX.
Especially the other dems in Texas. We've got a few on the state level
that sure as hell don't want Austin pressured into looking under the
carpet when the DeLay thing is over.
